  • Church Street Parking Deck, Caodhan (guest) wrote 17 years ago:
It did smell like piss, but the city has done a good job of cleaning it up recently. Also, the stairway closest to the library now has an awesome mural. There is still the issue with the homeless, but most are harmless people anyway, so what's the big deal? Also, unless your car door is open, unlocked or your window cracked way down low, you won't get your radio or anything else stolen out of your car in this deck.
